By using our service, you are agreeing to these terms that apply to any orders and purchases made on Rabbit’s Brand online.
Yeow Seng reserves the right to amend/update this Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Registration and Password
Registration provides a unique identification for each customers and helps us trace all orders where there are any issues.
Registration is simple and done by an individual customer. The customer must provide a unique email and password which will be required for log in to Rabbit’s brand online platform. Customers must ensure that all details provided during registration or at any time are correct and complete.
A password will be required upon registration, this password must be kept confidential and not be disclosed to anyone. Customers will be responsible for any purchases and activities made under this password.
Yeow Seng reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate registration of individual at our discretion.
Using Our Website
You may not use this website for the following:
- Posting any unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive or otherwise objectionable material
- Transfer your account to another party without the company consent
- Copy, modify or disseminate content from the website and the company copyrights and trademarks
- Interfering or disrupting networks or web sites connected to the website
- Interfering with any other person’s use of the website
Purchase and Payment
Customers should carefully read the item detail page and review information such as price, shipping charges etc and terms and conditions for sales before purchasing an item. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any loss or damages to a buyer from shipping and/or buyer information entered by the buyer for in connection with the payment for the items purchased. No orders via phone or email will be accepted , all customers have to register for an account and submit their orders online via the website.
Delivery
We deliver to customers five days a week. Delivery will be made within 3 to 5 working days upon payment for the orders and delivery time is from 9am to 5 pm.
Orders above $300 will be entitled to free delivery, otherwise, a flat fee of $10 will be charged.
In cases where there are changes to the delivery address/ contact details, customers are to call Tel : 6535 1979 or 6532 5139 at least 24 hours prior to delivery on a working day. Should delay of delivery date be required, the order will be subjected to a surcharge of $12.
No amendment to an order is allowed once order is processed. To add items, kindly create a 2nd order 48 hours prior to delivery and inform us via call at

Exchange, Return, Refunds
Should there be any discrepancies in the products received, kindly send us an email at yeowseng@singnet.com.sg or call us at Tel: 6535 1979 or 6532 5139.
All issues must be reported within 2 working days of receiving the product.
Discrepancies will be dealt accordingly:
- If any product proves to have been delivered in a defective order, exchange of products/ refund will be offset
- If additional/wrong products are delivered, Yeow Seng reserves the right to collect the product(s) from customer
- If items are wrongly delivered by mistake, Yeow Seng reserves the right to refund difference or supply the correct item
- If item is damaged, Yeow Seng reserves the right to request for photo evidence.
Pricing and Product Information
Yeow Seng online reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the products without notice. Yeow Seng is not liable for situations where product size, details and price posted online may differ from the actual product.
The prices advertised on Rabbit’s brand online are meant for online purchases and may vary from time to time.
Yeow Seng online shall not be liable to any customer/person for any loss, damage incurred or inconvenience in the event Yeow Seng declines to fulfill an order for whatever reasons including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances (e,g lack of availability, quantity or specification).
All Rabbit’s Brand online orders are not entitled to promotions/privileges run by Yeow Seng retail’s shop.
